Lillian Garver, 86, of Wooster, died Sunday, December 04, 2011 at West View Manor, in Wooster.
Friends may call Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.Services will be Friday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Joel Engman officiating.Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Lillian was born May 10, 1925 in Rittman to John and Lucy {Massaro} Rogers Sr.
She married Raymond Garver on March 27, 1943.He died in 1975.
Lillian retired from the College of Wooster food service department in 1990.
Lillian will be deeply missed by her children Judy (John) Columbo and John Garver all of Wooster; grandchildren in her life (care-giver) Debbie (Mike) Braden of Wooster and Jeff Hershberger (Mark Calvey) of San Francisco; great-grandchildren Seth, Whitney, and Drew Braden, Bailey, Brandon, Kelsey, Gavon Edgell and their parents Bob & Molly Edgell; brothers Ronald Rogers of Wooster and Donald (Litha) Rogers of Mandeville, LA; and special friends Sherri Painter, Sharon Nasby.
In addition to her husband, Lillian was preceded in death by a granddaughter Cindy Edgell, son-in-law Roger Hershberger, and a brother John Rogers Jr..
