Russell, 65, of Wooster, formerly of North Olmstead died Friday, February 17, 2006 at Brenn-Field Nursing Center in Orrville. ?Memorial services will be held at a later date at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel with Pastor Mark Ryder officiating. ?Cremation will be handled by Remembrance Cremation Center. ?Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com . ?

He was born December 16, 1940 in Washington, Pennsylvania to George Herbert and Opal Mae (Vankirk) Russell. ?He married Dorothy McGuffage on March 30, 1968. ?She survives. ?
He worked for the railroad driving crews, he drove a senior citizen bus in Parma and was a detailer for several dealerships. ?He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife are brothers George (Linda) Russell of North Ridgeville and sisters Joanne (Red) Peet of Youngstown and Shirley Rutherford of Strongsville.
His parents and an infant brother died previously.
