Martha B. Schad, 83, of Ashland died, March 2, 2011 at Samaritan Regional Health Systems.
Martha was born October 2, 1927 in Akron to Jacob Sr. and Elizabeth (Lanzenlechner) Schad.
She retired from United Technologies of Mansfield in 1990.She attended the Ashland Christian Center, she enjoyed horticulture, cooking and the Flame Fellowship.
Martha will be deeply missed by her son, Jeffrey Schad of Mansfield, her grandson Jeffrey Schad II, a daughter-in-law, Susan Schad, brothers; Jacob (Georgeann) Schad Jr. of Ashland, Harold Schad of Mansfield, Dave (Ruth) Schad of Delaware, and a sister; Hilda Craddock.
She was preceded in death her mother, father and sister, Amy Stoler.
A funeral service will be at 12 pm, Saturday, March 5, 2001 the Roberts Funeral Home, Ashland Chapel, 1058 US Rte 250 W. Ashland, OH, with Pastor Jerry Durham officiating.Online tributes may be made at
