Sandra "Jackie" Richardson, 80, of Wadsworth, died Friday, September 18, 2015 at Magnolia Nursing Home, in Wadsworth.
Sandra was born June 30, 1935 in Dille, West Virginia to Curg and Hildreth {Adkins} Given.
She married Carter Richardson. They were married on August 18, 1956. He passed in 1965.
Sandra was a beautician and then retired from Medina County as a home health aide. She attended the Ambassador Baptist Church. Sandra was a long time member of the Red Hat Society.
Sandra will be deeply missed by her children Terry (LaDonna) Richardson of Copley, Timothy (Sharon) Richardson of Wadsworth, Cynthia of WV, and Christina (Larry) Brooks of WV; grandchildren Jeremy, Stacy, Michelle, Renee, Ian, Stephanie, Jonathan, Dudley, and Carter; great-grandchildren Shane, Caleb, Alexis and Alex; brothers Jim (Cheryl) and Ted (Debbie); sisters Kay(John), Faye (Bob), Linda (Bob), Judy (Pat), Mary (Lanny), and Sue (John); sister-in-laws Nancy Given and Irene Adams; many nieces and nephews.
Sandra was preceded in death by her husband and brother Frank.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Michael R. Decker officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to ClearPath Hospice 450 Grant St., Suite 220 Akron, OH 44311.
