Timothy Swisshelm, 58, of Wooster died Sunday, January 28, 2007 at Louis Stokes Veterans Center in Cleveland. Services will be Friday at 11:00am at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens where military rites will be held. ?Friends may call Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. ?Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com. ?

Tim was born May 25, 1948 in Wooster to John and Twila (Horner) Swisshelm.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. ?
Tim worked for Apple Creek Developmental Center and helped several local farmers. ?He was a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion and the Orrville VFW. ?He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Tim will be deeply missed by his mother Twila Carson of Apple Creek, a brother Joseph (Debbie) Swisshelm of Lynnhurst, a sister Melody Niel of Tampa, Florida, a half-brother Ed Carson, Jr. of Apple Creek, a step-brother Dennis (Bonnie) Carson of Wooster, ?step-sisters Tami (Tim) Galliher and Debbie Michel all of Shreve and nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his father and step-father Edward Carson, Sr.
