Maddox Graser

Maddox Franklin Graser went to play baseball in Heaven on April 24, 2026.

Born on March 28, 2009, Maddox was all boy — all sports, all dirt, all heart. He loved baseball, wrestling, fishing, gaming, derby cars, and dirt bikes. He will be remembered fondly for his hardworking spirit, fierce competitiveness, and a heart that put him in a league of his own. He always had a joke to tell, laughter to share, and he cared deeply about his family and friends.

He leaves behind many family members and friends, including his father Donald Graser; mother Amber Barnes; stepfather Shane Barnes; and siblings Alex, Austin, Jesse, Kalie, and Kylie. He will be deeply missed by his grandparents, Sherry and Mark Graser, Heidi and Greg Lomas, Terry and Sheila Miller, Doug and Sheila Barnes, and Becky Barnes, and his great-grandparents Kenny and Connie Mullen, Mary Williams, and Richard Felton.

He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, his niece Annalise, and countless friends and loved ones who will forever miss their “Maddog.”

Maddox’s legacy will continue on with organ donation, which makes his family proud and gives them peace. In his final act of selflessness, he became the hero they have always known him to be.

Now, he is playing on the ultimate Field of Dreams with the Angels, forever wearing #2.

Friends may visit Saturday May 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Grace Church, 4599 Burbank Rd, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the church (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Maddox-Graser) with Pastor Arnie Kaufman officiating. Private family burial will take place at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting with arrangements.
