Bob L. Robinson

Robert “Bob” Lee Robinson, age 79, of Howard, OH, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family, in Howard. Bob was born August 9, 1947, in Mount Vernon, OH to Arlan and Viola {Carpenter} Robinson.

After graduating from Fredericktown High School, Bob joined the Army then Army reserves. He married Brenda Kay Hammons on May 28, 1970.  Bob worked as a truck driver, moving across the USA for fifteen years and then for the State of Ohio as direct care provider for Mount Vernon Developmental Center for the next fourteen years. He enjoyed fishing (Walleye), baseball (Cleveland Indians), and hunting of all kinds.

Bob will be deeply missed by his wife; children Christy (Doug) Jo Keffer and Edward (Heidi) Lee Robinson; grandchildren, Olivia and Gus Keffer, Kirra (Jacob Nestor) Blaydes and Bob’s sisters Barbara McMahon of Fredericktown, and Lois Jean Mills of Fredericktown. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his son Robert Lee Robinson Jr. and his sister Carolyn Fesler.

Burial will be at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens at a time to be determined.
