Brant Hilty

Brant Edward Hilty, 56, of Kidron, died Friday, June 18, 2021 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center, in Canton.

Brant was born March 30, 1965 in New York to Kenneth and Verda {Helmuth} Hilty.

He graduated from Dalton High School and then attended Bluffton University.

Brant worked for Keim Lumber in Charm, Ohio for the past 18 years. He was a member of Grace Church. Over the years he enjoyed Tennis, Fastpitch Softball, Golf, Skiing, Gaming and most recently Cycling.

Brant will be deeply missed by his father of Dalton; brothers Bradley Hilty and Bevan Hilty; sisters Beverly (Steve) Shrock and Bethany (Jeff) Rodriguez; nieces Kelsey (Ben) Troyer, Gretchen Hilty and Madison Rodriguez; nephews Joshua Shrock and Landon Rodriguez; and beloved friends Chris and Jodi Augspurger, Lisa and Rob Roeschley.

Brant was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 at the funeral home with Pastor Randy Moomaw officiating.
