Brenda Manning

Brenda Manning, 80, of Guilford, passed away October 4, 2026.

She was born April 19, 1946 in Norfolk, Virginia to Herbert and Juanita {Whitehurst} Wilson.

She married Royce Manning on October 17, 1964.

Brenda was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church. She loved going to the beach, which held a special place in her heart as it was where she met her husband, Royce. A loyal Buckeye fan, Brenda also enjoyed gardening and watching black-and-white movies, a love she shared with her grandchildren. Above all, she treasured spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Brenda loved a good joke and will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor.

She will be deeply missed by her children David (Karen) of Elyria, Gary (Sally) of Danville PA, Hope (Aaron) Woldman of Seville and Mike (Becca) of Phoenix AZ; grandchildren Ayla, Ashlee, Caitlyn, Alysta, Dallas, Rylee, Jason, Joshua, Megan; great-grandchildren Dylan, Olivia, Haven, Hayden, Makayla, Abbie, Memphis, Joey, Caitlin and her special dog Lizzy.
