Carol Anne Hofstetter

Carol Anne Hofstetter, 77 of Sterling, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at Ohio’s LifeCare Hospice in Wooster. She was born April 6, 1948, in Wooster to Forest and Norma Jean {Porter} Evans.

Carol married Howard Hofstetter on September 10, 1966, he passed away in 2023. She worked for several local dry-cleaning companies.

Carol enjoyed going to the lake and enjoying the outdoors.

Carol will be deeply missed by her children Holly Hofstetter and Christopher Hofstetter both of Sterling and Steven Hofstetter of Wooster; granddaughter Nicole Kenney and great-grandchildren Grayson, Kenney, and Waylon Schrock, and Oscar Lucas. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Howard and brother Charles Evans.

Graveside services will be held Friday, June 20 at 3 pm at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster with Chaplain Daron Butler officiating. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
