Charles Lawrence

Charles James Lawrence, 65, of Wooster, died Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, where military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Chuck was born December 5, 1956 in Massillon, Ohio to Deane and Joan {Getz} Lawrence.

He graduated from High School. He served in the US Navy as a mechanic.

He married Olivia F. Walton on February 17, 1981.

Chuck was a Structural Steel Inspector, where he worked for many years in Florida. He was requested for many projects all up and down the East Coast. He was an avid lover of music, especially guitars, model aviation enthusiast and mechanic.

Chuck will be deeply missed by his children Charles Joshua Lawrence, Thomas Maxwell (Bonnie) Lawrence, and Hannah Faith Lawrence; grandchildren Maeve, Ethan, and Bonnie “Olivia”; sister Pam Cole.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
