Christine Lorkowski, of Wadsworth, died Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.
Memorial services will be Friday, October 3 at 11:15 a.m. at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, where Minister Ed Williams will be officiating. Guests may arrive at Roberts Funeral Home – Hillcrest Chapel, Seville at 10:45 a.m. to drive in procession to the cemetery. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
Christine was born January 12 in Cleveland to John and Josephine {Golebiewski} Tesny.
She graduated from Independence High School.
She married Thomas Lorkowski on May 3, 1969.
Most her life she was a homemaker but she also was a beauty technician. Christine loved gardening and cooking. She enjoyed doing home projects and collecting elephants as well.
Christine will be deeply missed by her husband Thomas, of 45 years; children Michele (Ed) Williams, Brian (Janelle) Lorkowski, Trista (Bill) Stalnaker; grandchildren Jessica, Felicia, Alexandrea, Brent, Blade, Ryan, and Chris.
Christine was preceded in death by her parents.
