Cora Daiber

Cora Daiber, 91, of Smithville, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Glendora Health Care Center, in Wooster.

Memorial services will be Saturday at 11am at the Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Pastor Jim Franks officiating.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.   Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44961.

Cora was born May 6, 1931, to Otto and Louise {Baughman} Althaus.

She married Willard “Bill” Daiber on December 20, 1954. He died in 2015. 

She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and taking care of her house, which was her pride and joy.

Cora will be deeply missed by her sons Roy Daiber of Smithville and Paul (Debra) Daiber of Shreve; granddaughter Michelle (J.R.) Mellott, Mike and Alex Karla; and a great-granddaughter Abby Cochran.

Cora was preceded in death by her husband, Willard, and daughter Linda Karla.
