Cynthia Rose Adams, 59, of Centerburg, formerly of Ashland, died Monday, October 6, 2014 at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, in Westerville.

Cynthia was born July 23, 1955 in Ashland to Kenneth Lee and Doris Ethel {Longden} Carpenter.
She married Harold Adams on September 27, 1975.
Cynthia worked at Bob Evans.
Cynthia will be deeply missed by her father Kenneth Carpenter of Ashland; sisters Pamela Lindecamp of Ashland and Denise Klier of Greenville, NC.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother Doris, her husband Harold, her brother Mark Carpenter, and her brother-in-law Mike Lindecamp.
