David Horner

David Wayne Horner, Sr., 85, of Wooster, died Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Smithville Western Care Center.

A graveside service will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

David was born February 25, 1933 in Canton to Albert Leroy and Margaret Ester {Neville} Horner.

He married Geneva M. Fortney. She passed away in 2002.

David worked for the A.C.D.C. until his retirement, and then for a short while at The Ohio State University. He favorite hobby was making model airplanes.

He will be deeply missed by his children Peggy Horner of Wooster; grandchildren Donald and Rosel Tennant, both of Wooster; great-grandchildren Sophie Grace and Donald Ralph.

David was preceded in death by his wife, son David, sister Alberta and his parents.
