Debra Lyon

Debra Lyon, 59, of Wooster, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Debra was born February 13, 1967, in Wooster to Charles Grover and Andrea Faye (Laper) Lyon.

Debra shared a lifelong love with Rick, whom she met in high school. She was his “forever fiancée,” and their enduring bond held a special place in her life.

Debra found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved visiting with the people at Gilcrest, spending time sitting by the fire, and tending to her plants. Above all, she treasured being with her grandchildren, whose presence brought her so much happiness.

She will be deeply missed by the love of her life, Rick; her children, Cameron (Maleea) Lyon, Megan (Jeremy) Burris, and Stephanie (Christian) Fisher; her grandchildren, Alivia, Domanick, Lijah, Dysen, Ozzy, Bella, Cassie, Jr., and Atara; her brother, Charles (Pamela) Grover Lyon; and her sister, Avery Lyon.

Debra was preceded in death by her great-nephew, Gavin Keyes.
