Donna Rose Phillips

Donna Rose Miles Polomsky Phillips, 86, of Medina, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 with her family at her side, in Medina, Ohio.

Donna was born February 4, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio to Donald and Gladys { Bundshuh } Miles.

She attended West Tech and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1957.

Donna married Bernard W. Polomsky in 1958, and had four daughters. She divorced and later married Leroy A. Phillips on January 22, 1968.

Donna's favorite job was working at the Cleveland Zoo in her early years. Later employment was at Sherwin Williams in Cleveland as a secretary, then a waitress and excelled in customer service at The Cottage Inn Restaurant and Medina Steakhouse. Donna enjoyed time with Mary Kay Cosmetics, earning various awards before her retirement. As Donna embraced retirement she enjoyed garage sale ventures in her convertible, with the top down. She loved playing bingo, reading, time with her cats and enjoyed walks along the beach or waters edge. Let us not forget Elvis, the Bee Gees and dancing! Her girls are going to miss "Donna Goddard" weather warnings! Donna will be deeply missed by ; Peggy Abraham (Jeff Thomas); Adelle McClendon; Denise Stewart (Scott); Michelle Sampson ; Ashley and Amanda Abraham; Derrike McClendon; Lauren Jeziorski; Davidlee Jeziorski (Brieanna Trotter); Adriana Plank (Dylan); SamanthaSampson (Skylar Garner); McKenna Miller (Colin) ;Great Grandchildren: Tyler & Lindsey Dennis; Anthony, Dawson, Layla, Atticus Jeziorski; Lucy Miller; Everett Garner, and Juliet Plank ;brother, James Miles of Solon, Ohio who shared her same birthdate, February 4th , nine years a part.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Leroy Phillips ; sons-in-law Jamie Sampson and Ernie McClendon who are enjoying time together fishing and talking about cars and motorcycles.
