Dwain Cecil Marmet

Dwain Cecil Marmet, 82, of Wooster, died February 2, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

Dwain was born January 28, 1942, in Lakeville, Ohio to Paul and Ruby {Knox} Marmet.

He married Virginia Myers on October 4^th, 2009. 

Dwain was a man of many talents. He faithfully was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses for most of his life. He enjoyed talking about and reading the Bible, pin striping cars, going to car shows, and playing his guitar. He also loved meeting new people and making friends everywhere he went.   

Dwain will be deeply missed by his wife; children Randy (Yvonne) Marmet and Rick (Teresa) Marmet; grandchildren Ryan (Ashley) Marmet and Dillon (Kyndra) Marmet; sisters Rose (Dan) Leonard and Linda (Lloyd) Young; nieces Sara (Phil) Lettal and Hannah Leonard; nephew Mike (Lishia)Young; and great niece Elida Rose Lettal.

Many of Virginia’s family will also miss Dwain.

Dwain was preceded in death by his parents and first wife Darlene Parker.
