Elmer "Elmo" Joseph Lister

Elmer “Elmo” Joseph Lister Jr., 65, of Akron, died Sunday November 24, 2024 at his residence.

Elmer was born May 15, 1959, in Brunswick, OH to Elmer J. Sr. and Judith {Petty} Lister.

He married Karen Decker. She passed away in 1997. 

Elmer was a contractor, and he was very passionate about building and creating things. Elmer was a loving grandfather, and was very proud of his grandson and children.

Elmer will be deeply missed by his son Cody Lister; grandchildren Christian Beckler and Carter Lance; siblings Randy (Bev) Eutin, Allen Eutin, Michael Lister, Jeffrey (Arlene) Eutin and Theresa (Bob) Lewis.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Karen, two daughters Krystal Lister and Stephanie Ann Lister and his father Elmer Sr.
