Elsie Lucinda Neumann

Elsie Lucinda Neumann, 83, of Zanesville, died February 10, 2025 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House, in Zanesville.

Elsie was born November 20, 1941 in Kanawha County, WV to Charles Columbus and Elsie Viola {Harker} Anderson.

She married Carol Neumann in 1979. 

Elsie worked at Foster Bridge caring for the elderly. She attended Dresden Road Baptist Church. Elsie loved to sew and cook, and helping anyone and everyone with whatever they needed. 

Elsie will be deeply missed by her children; Lynette (Dan) Dregallo, David Booher and Barbara (Donald) Simmons; 11 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren, 3 sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Booher, Carol Neumann, and her son Randall Booher.
