Frances Layne Vickers, 64, of McArthur, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Belpre.
She was born March 25, 1957 in Logan, Ohio to Hershel Smith and Daisy Faye Staten and was the stepdaughter of Melvin Mays.
She retired from Arcadia Acres Nursing Home in Logan Ohio where she enjoyed taking care of people.
She was a loving and devoted mother and father to her daughters Crystal (Ben) Ours, Bobbi Jo (Scott) Duncan, Angela Vickers and Lisa (Eric) Martin; and a loving grandmother to her 16 grandchildren and her 4 great-grandchildren; as well as her 5 brothers and one sister.
Frances joined in Heaven Bobbi, Keith Jr., Skylar, Malcolm, Daisy Faye, Melvin and Hershel.
The family will hold a Celebration of her life on November 21, 2021 at 1 PM at the McArthur Community Building, 31935 St. Rt. 93. McArthur, OH 45651.
