Gloria Linsten

Gloria Lauretta Linsten, 71, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, died Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Gloria was born August 31, 1950, in Duluth, Minnesota to Earl and Lauretta {Moew} Guitar.

Gloria graduated from Proctor High School in Duluth.

She married Clyde Edward Linsten on July 11, 1980.

Gloria worked for St. Mary’s Hospital until moving to Ohio in 1982.   She loved to shop, cook, garden, and gamble. She loved taking care of her grandchildren, and her cat Katie.

Gloria will be deeply missed by her husband Clyde; children Jessica Rose and Jeremy (Kathy) Hautajarvi ; grandchildren Hannah (Garrett) Tucker, Angel Rose, Racheal Rose, Tia Hautajarvi, Sammy (Justin) Sutton, and Christina Sharp; great-grandchildren Alexandria, Gaellin, Madelynn, Drayke, Raelynn, Chloe, Ethan, Graydi, and Hunter; sisters Tina and Nancy, and dear friend Samantha Dill.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, sister Delores, son Charles, and granddaughter Abigail.
