Harvey Buzzard Sr.

Harvey E Buzzard, 90, of Ashland, died June 8, 2025, at Brethren Care Village.

Harvey was born February 9, 1935, in Ashland, Ohio to Harvey A. and Virginia E {Ricer} Buzzard.

He graduated from Ashland High School and joined the United States Army.

Harvey was employed by F.E. Myers, where he retired after more than 40 years of service.

In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking and helping his son on the farm.

Harvey will be deeply missed by his children Harvey (Dawn) Buzzard of Ashland, Rhonda (Steve Waldman) Peacock of Ashland, and Rickey Lee (Diane) Buzzard, grandchildren Ashley Peacock, Mac Buzzard and Rickey II, four great-grandchildren, a brother Fred Buzzard and sister Jackie Shambaugh.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Mary Reynolds and Gloria Chapman and brother John Buzzard.
