Jack Donald Uth, 65, of Wooster, died June 29, 2018 at Wooster Community Hospital.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Wayne County Humane Society, 1161 Mechanicsburg Rd. Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Jack was born February 8, 1953 in Wooster, Ohio to Donald E. and Patricia {Schaudt} Uth.
He graduated from Wooster High School in 1972.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
The family wishes to thank the staff and friends at Wayne Manor for all his love and care.
