Jackie DeWayne Buffington, Jr. passed away at his home March 1, 2015. He is a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Navy. Hi is survived by his father, Jackie Buffington, Sr. of Reno, Ohio; his mother Sharlene Spicer {Tolley} of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; sister Karen Smith; brother Ted (Bridget) Buffington; children Jack, Carmen, Ethan, and James; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private at East Lawn Memorial Gardens.
