Jim Conn

James “Jim” Monroe Conn, 78, of Congress, died January 6, 2023, at his home.

Jim was born September 15, 1944, in Logan County, West Virginia to Hubert and Bonnie {Ellis} Conn.

Jim worked for Apple Creek Developmental Center for many years. Jim enjoyed gardening and collecting antiques.

Jim will be deeply missed by his sisters Janice (Carl) Novak of Wooster and Rachel Geller of Cleveland; brother Criss Conn of Warren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Jim was preceded in death by his life partner Kingsbury “King” Gardner.
