James Edward Michaels, 65, of Marietta, passed away Friday, December 27, 2024 at his home.
Jim was born November 22, 1959 in Marietta to James and Dorothy {Jenkins} Michaels.
He married Diane Myers on May 29, 2003.
Jim loved to sing country music.
Jim will be deeply missed by his wife Diane Michaels; stepdaughters Ashley (Roger) Adams, Shawna Hall (Jeff Powers) and Amanda Brooks (Mike Riffle); grandchildren Manda Brooks, Sofie Brooks, Madison Brooks, James Sayres and Michael Sayres; brother Richard (Margie) Michaels; sister Rose Seevers; nephew Robert (Megan) Brooks; niece Bobbie Davis.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by brother Harold Michaels and sister Debra Brooks.
