Jerry Sweet

Jerry Sweet, 74, of Ashland, died February 12, 2023 at his home.

Jerry was born February 5, 1949 in Ashland, Ohio to Bob and Judy {Kimball} Sweet.

Jerry was a member of the Army and served in Vietnam and was honorably discharged with a Purple Heart.

He really enjoyed bowling, shooting darts, and playing video games. He also liked shooting his guns and going on car rides. Jerry loved his dogs, they were his favorite furry companions.

Jerry will be deeply missed by his children April (Shawn) Smith of Bellville and Jason (Jessica) Sweet of Nova; grandchildren Chase Smith, Alexis, Gavin, Corbin, Brooklyn, Ethan, and Morgan Sweet; brother Jeff (Steph) Sweet of Fountain Hills, AZ; and niece Shanna (Jason) Henslin.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bob Sweet.
