John Andrew Douglas

John Andrew Douglas, 74, of Marietta, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at his home.

John was born September 21, 1950 in Akron, Ohio to Carl and Mary Douglas.

He was a 1970 graduate of Frontier High School.

John married Susan Davidson on August 8, 1970.

He worked for Crescent Supply and Crystal Beverage. John was a member of Pinehurst Christian Church.

John will be deeply missed by his wife Susan; sons Bill (Jessica) Douglas of Belpre and Stephen (Annetta) Douglas of Bryan, TX; grandson Nate Wigal (CJ Crim); as well as his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his in-laws Escar and Betty Davidson, two brothers and one sister.

A memorial service will be held Saturday May 10th at noon at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. The Family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of the service. Burial will be private at Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown.
