Kathleen L. Brookover

Kathleen L. Brookover, 83, of Marietta, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Kathleen was born September 29, 1939 in Williamstown, WV to William and Verna Oliver.

She married Lonzo Brookover in August of 1962. 

She was a member of Open Door Baptist, where she was a member of the church choir. She loved singing, spending time with family, cooking, puzzles, old westerns and reading.

Kathleen will be deeply missed by her husband Lonzo Brookover; children Nancy Lindsey, Bill (Ginny) Brookover, Joe Brookover, Don Brookover and Angie Rivira; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren;  brother Charles Oliver; sister Carolyn Brookover.

In addition to her parents, Kathleen was preceded in death by her brothers Robert, William and Larry Oliver; great grandson Lucian Bohl.

Friends may call Tuesday May 16^th from 1 to 3 PM at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta.  Funeral services follow at 3 PM.  Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com
