Kimberly Pohalski

Kimberly Pohalski, 33, of Wooster, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare, in Wooster.

Kimberly was born December 2, 1991, in Wooster, Ohio to Jeff and Patti {Cool} Thompson.

She married Steven Pohalski on May 2, 2015. He survives.

Kimberly worked for Dr. Raber as a dental assistant in Kidron for several years. She later embraced her greatest role as a stay-at-home mom, which brought her immense pride and joy.

She attended Orrville Christian Church, which she faithfully attended online. Kimberly loved traveling to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and especially cherished celebrating the holidays.

She will be remembered for her love of singing, her playful spirit, and the joy she found in laughter.

Kimberly will be deeply missed by her husband Steven; children Mason and Madison Pohalski; parents Jeff and Patti Thompson of Rittman; sister Kaitlyn (fiancé Bailey Yoss) Thompson of Burbank; niece Eleanor Yoss; paternal grandmother Sue (Cletis) Adkins of Wooster; maternal grandfather Steve Cool of Florida; extended family and friends.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her infant sister Candice Thompson, paternal grandfather Jack Thompson, and maternal grandmother Shelley Ramsier.

Friends may call Saturday, October 18 from 10 to 11 am at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11am (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Kimberly-Pohalski) with Pastor John Mulpas and Chaplain Daron Butler officiating.
