Linda Hixson

Linda S. Hixson, 66, of Wooster, died July 21 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home, in Millersburg.

Linda was born March 27, 1955, in Millersburg, Ohio to Earl and Hildegard  Ross.

Linda graduated from Wooster High School in 1973. She married James Hixson on April 6, 1974.  She worked at Rubbermaid for 12 years and then helped with the children at Shreve Elementary School before retiring at Smucker’s. Linda enjoyed gardening and donating her time to special causes; especially relating to animals.

Linda will be deeply missed by her husband; sister Rose Wiley of Kentucky; in-laws; and nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
