Lynette Rae Forster

Lynette Rae Forster, 81, of Mount Vernon, OH, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at home in Mount Vernon.  Lynette was born May 3rd, 1942, in Cleveland, OH to Richard Edward and Evelyn Ruth {Kujat} Bassett. 

She graduated from Black River High School in Sullivan, OH.  She later married Frederick Joseph Forster Jr.  on April 30th, 1966.  

Devoted to taking care of her family and home, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and woodworking.  A woman of faith she enjoyed watching pastor Murray.  

Lynette will be deeply missed by her husband; children Shannon (Mauro) Salomao, Shane (Robin) Forster, Tish (John) Schachinger, Chad (Nancy) Forster; twelve grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and her brother James Bassett and her sister Mary Bassett.  
Lynette was preceded in death by her parents and sisters LaRay Brewer and Diane Bassett.
