Marilyn Louise Barker

Marilyn Louise Barker, 76, of Apple Creek, died Thursday, March 16, 2023 at her home.

Marilyn was born January 25, 1947 in Wadsworth, Ohio to Peter and Dorothea {Howell} Long.

She married Roy Barker on June 30, 1973. 

Marilyn worked for imperial plastics for many years and retired from Clampco in Wadsworth. She attended Rittman Grace Brethren Church. Marilyn liked to read and garden, her favorite flower was yellow roses.

Marilyn will be deeply missed by her husband Roy; children Mary (Erik) Forcell of Shreve; grandchildren Nathaniel and Zachary Forcell; brothers Jerry Long of Wadsworth.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Henry, Donald, and Bobby Long; and sisters Lavonne Mitchell, Glenda Bauders, Karen Smith, and Doris Butler .
