Obituary

Marjorie “Marge” Mary Pyanowski, 84, of Ashland, OH, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing, in Ashland. Marjorie was born December 8, 1941 in Grafton, OH to Deforest and Kathrine {Frisbee} Faulkner. She married Clarence J. Pyanowski on April 4, 1964 who passed October 6, 2016.

She was an industrial seamstress for Cresco in Ashland (leather jackets), then she made wheelchair slings for Invocare. For many years she was voluntold to sew Halloween costumes for the annual Nankin Halloween party. She attended St Patrick’s for a while then visited many churches with her friend Pat. She loved to travel with Clarence all over the USA. She loved to go at the drop of a hat. Grab a sandwich and go. As long as Dad was driving everybody was good. When the children were growing a pinky point meant trouble, and they hoped she didn’t tell dad.

Marjorie will be deeply missed by her children William (Marsha) Pyanowski, Sharon Pyanowski, Cindy (Alex) Brady; grandchildren Tabitha, Justin and Nick; great-grandchildren Cordova, Hudson, Blaze, Chase, Aaron, Gracelynn, River, Rowan

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers and two sisters. She was the last of her family.

Friends may visit Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ashland County Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
