Mary Ann Straub

Mary Ann Straub, 84, of Seville, passed away December 21, 2025 at her home.

Mary was born March 13, 1941 in Buffalo, NY to John and Charlotte Turkon.

Mary received her masters in License Social Work from Akron University.

She married Lee Straub on August 11, 1979.

Mary was the director of Social Services. She attended many churches throughout her life and was a Bible believing Christian, she had a very strong personal relationship with Jesus. Mary loved reading and travelling with her family. She also loved to go camping and the outdoors.

Mary will be deeply missed by her husband Lee Straub; children Kathy Straub, Thomas Cadzow, Teresa Spurling, and Daniel (Renee) Cadzow; step-daughter Sherry Straub; grandchildren Cassandra, Elijah, Joseph, Andrew, Jenna, Asa, Silas, Josie, and Iris; step-grandchildren Amanda, Samantha, and Krystal; great-granddaughters Addison and Lilly; step-great-grandchildren Vincent, Liam, Novalee, Emalee, Zoey, Zaiden, Zeke, and Luke; brother Thomas Turkon of Oregon; and sister-in-law Paula Turkon of New York.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her previous husband John Cadzow, step-son Edward Straub, brothers John Turkon and David Turkon, and her aunt Helen Segat.

Friends may call Wednesday December 24 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
