Max graduated from Lodi High School and went into the Army just after graduation. He married Diane Scalfaro his soulmate of many years, on June 3, 1995. Together their blended family tree bloomed with love and laughter.
Max drove semi’s for Overnight for many years until it was purchased by UPS where he worked until he retired. He loved to tinker and work with wood. He loved sports. He loved to socialize and would talk to anybody in the grocery store, a server at lunch, just anyone available to say hi to. He loved to tease Diane who he loved with all his heart. He bought shirts for all the girls that read “I am Max’s favorite.” He loved Mount Union Football which also rated purple shirts for all the girls. Now that’s he passed he no longer speaks Swahili which was Diane and his love language after his stroke.
