Michell "Chell" Owsley

Michell “Chell” Owsley, 62, of Ashland, died Saturday, January 27, 2024 at her residence.

Chell was born October 13, 1961 in Munich, Germany to Michael and Betty {Mason} Owsley.

She graduated with an engineering degree from Ohio State University. 

She enjoyed beading and swimming.

Chell will be deeply missed by her mother Betty Owsley of Ashland and numerous cousins.

Chell was preceded in death by her father.

Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, Ashland will be assisting the family.   There will be no services. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
