Mildred McFarland

Mildred E. “Millie” McFarland, 87, of Wooster, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Danbury of Wooster.

Private services will be held at Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster.  Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.

Millie was born January 1,1934 to Estill and Lydia {Smith} Daugherty.

She married William “Bill” McFarland on February 4, 1957.  He died in 2006.

Millie will be deeply missed by her children Donna (Ed) Sommer of Huron, Mary Franks of Wakeman, and grandchildren Adam (Crystal) and Jaime Sommer and Carley Franks; sister Ruby Mizer of Wooster

Her parents, husband Bill, nine siblings died previously, and a son-in-law Scott Franks.
