Paula DeLong

Paula L. DeLong, 80, of Wooster, died Monday, December 16, 2019 at Brookdale.

A private inurnment will take place at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.   Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Paula was born November 6, 1939 in Wooster to Paul and Margaret {North} Zimmerman.

She married Nathan DeLong on January 25, 1976.

Paula worked at Engineering Associates for over 30 years, where she was an engineering technician.  She was a member of Central Christian in Wooster.  Paula was very proud of her and Nathan’s hobby of carving and painting wooden birds. She also enjoyed cooking for her loved ones and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Paula will be deeply missed by her husband of 43 years; children John (Rebecca) Richey of Chicago and Dee (Eric) Raudins of North Royalton; grandchildren Julian and Miles Richey, and Samantha and Jordan Raudins.

Paula was preceded in death by her daughter Andrea Richey and brother Jack Zimmerman.
