Ralph J. Sheaffer

Ralph J. Sheaffer, 72, of Ashland, died Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at his home.

Ralph was born March 22, 1950 in Ashland to Russell and Margaret {Sweet} Sheaffer.

He married Judy Carpenter on June 24, 1968. 

Ralph worked as a church custodian, machinist, Star Bright Car Wash, and handyman for a number of years. He was a member of the Eagles and the VFW in Ashland. Ralph enjoyed fishing and was an avid bowler.

Ralph will be deeply missed by his wife Judy; children Richard (Renee) Sheaffer, Lisa (Jason) Turner, Tina (Eric) Himes, Maggie (John) Wauthier; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; brother Jack (Lori) Sheaffer of Ashland; sister Diane (Richard) Eberhart of NC.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, brother Rusty Sheaffer, his sisters Susan Householder and Pam Stutz.

Friends may call Saturday March 4^th, from 10 to 12 p.m. at Ashland VFW Post 1067, 125 E Main St, Ashland, OH 44805.  Memorial services will be Saturday at 12 p.m. at the VFW.
