Randy William Lowers, age 56, of Marietta, passed away Thursday February 19th.
Randy was born January 11, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Janice Hylton and Delmas Lowers.
He will be deeply missed by his girlfriend, Jerry Joyce, and is survived by: his sons, Nicholas and Jesse, brothers Rick and Rob, his sisters Jamie, Debbie and Melissa, nieces and nephews Devan, Dana, Hannah, Amelia, Rick, Sylvia, and Max, as well as Jerry's children, Kaitlyn and Brent.
There will be no public services at this time.
