Rebecca Lillie Bursley, 84, of Ashland, passed away July 2, 2026 at her home, in Ashland.
Rebecca was born October 12, 1941 in Flemingsburg, Kentucky to William Floyd Sr. and Martha {Honaker} Stepp.
She married William Bursley on July 25, 1992.
Rebecca enjoyed cooking and reading.
Rebecca will be deeply missed by her husband William Bursley; children Michael (Lori) Schoenian, Cindy (Henry) Jennings, Jeff Schoenian, Vicki (Sean) Owens; step-children Johnny (Heidi) Bursley, and Jack Bursley; 10 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; and sister Gloria Jean Day.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, step daughter Betsy Bursley, grandson Justin Schoenian, and brothers William Floyd Stepp Jr, and John Richard Stepp.
Private family services will be held at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel. Rebecca's son Michael W. Schoenian will be officiating her services. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park.
