Richard W. Houser

Richard W. Houser, 65, of Ashland, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his residence.

Rick was born October 4, 1958 in Ashland, Ohio to Ralph and JoAnne {Smith} Houser.

Rick owned and operated Houser Automotive until his retirement. He was a huge NASCAR fan and never missed a race. Rick loved riding his Harley and boating. He loved to reminisce about the good old days and the shenanigans that went on in the Red Neck Yacht Club.

Rick will be deeply missed by his sister Laurie (Dean) Parrott of Pensacola, FL; step-father Jim Joseph; friends; and adopted family Chip and Tami Walz.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
