Ronald "Ronnie" L. Spencer

Ronald “Ronnie” L. Spencer, 68, of Wooster, died Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Ronnie was born April 14, 1955 in Phillipsburg, PA to Kenneth Lee and Nancy Lee {Thomas} Spencer.

He graduated from Wooster High School in 1973. Ronnie joined the US Marines where he served for the next 5 years, where he spent time in Okinawa and Japan.

Ronnie was a 4-year varsity letterman in wrestling. He owned and operated his own drywalling business for 35 years until his retirement. Ronnie enjoyed spending time in his garden and taking his grandchildren to school and their sporting events.

Ronnie will be deeply missed by his children Joshua Spencer, Brandi Spencer, Willow (Kyle) Petit; grandchildren Auna, Keegan, Zavier, Brady, Nadiya, Stormy Llewellyn; sister Linda (Paul) Brink; brother Lee (Mary) Spencer; and Alicia Spencer.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents and brother James.
