Suzanne Michelle Bittaker

Suzanne Michelle Bittaker, 63, of Seville, passed away January 17, 2026, after a short illness, at Hospice of Medina County.

Sue was born December 18, 1962 in Berea, Ohio to Rellon and Janice {Katona} Fox.

She married William “Bill” Bittaker on May 28, 1983.

Sue was a cook at Medina Hospital for 39 years, she was well known for her Soup and Chicken Paprikash. Sue loved gardening, going on vacation, travelling to Put-In-Bay with her friend Karla, and spending time with her grandsons. She had a lot of friends, and loved spending time with her friends and family, and loved cooking for everyone. Sue saw the good in everyone, she always saw the good side of people.

Sue will be deeply missed by her husband Bill; children Andrew (Becca) Bittaker and Allen Bittaker; grandsons Walt and James Bittaker; brother Michael (Shelly) Fox of Pace, FL; and sister Cheryl (Nancy) Fox of Pace, FL; and brother-in-law Kevin (Kim) Bittaker of Seville.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Kimberley Bean.

Friends may call Monday January 26 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Daron Butler officiating.
