Victor was born June 4, 1960 in Wooster, Ohio to Carl and Marian (Costanzo) Massaro.
Victor owned and ran his own business.
Victor will be deeply missed by his only child Joseph Massaro, brothers: David (Cindy) Massaro, Mark (Carol) Massaro, sister: Cynthia Pritchett, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles Massaro.
