Wayne Aldis Stripe II

Wayne A. Stripe Jr., 58, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away suddenly at his home on October 26, 2026, following a brief illness.

A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by a service at 12 p.m. on November 2, 2026, at Roberts Funeral Home in Seville, Ohio.

A second visitation will be held at LifeSpring Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 14, 2026 beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by a service at 12 p.m.

Born in Wadsworth, Ohio on November 8th 1967, Wayne graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University then received his graduate degree from The University of Notre Dame. He’s worked in research & development, quality control and most recently ran his own landscaping business. He loved the freedom & flexibility his recent work allowed for him to visit his family & cherish time with his grandchildren.

Wayne is survived by his parents Wayne Stripe Sr & Phyllis Carpenter. He is survived by his sister, Kathy Stripe and brother Thomas (Kimberly) Stripe. He is survived by his children Wayne (Erica) Stripe III, Samantha (Benjamin) Mahan and Laura (Brian) Sarlouis. He is survived by his grandchildren who called him Pa Pa and were the absolute light of his life—Connor Sarlouis, Cole Sarlouis, Cierra Stranger, Rory Stripe, Murphy Mahan, Riley Mahan & Ronan Stripe.

Wayne will be remembered for his willingness to lend a hand to anyone without hesitation, his intelligence, integrity and his love of life. He loved Jesus and he loved his family. Those priorities were evident in the life he lived. Wayne leaves behind a legacy of generosity, love & so much fun.
