Wilma Lee Ward

Wilma Lee Ward, 90, of Marietta, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Wilma was born August 6, 1935 in Confluence, Pennsylvania to Arthur and Edna Reeves.

She married Gerald Ward on July 2, 1966.

Wilma worked for B.F. Goodrich and retired from the battery department. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and was active in bowling leagues for 40 years.

Wilma will be deeply missed by her son Rocky (Amanda) Fordyce; grandchildren Crystal (Matt) Williams, Josh (Kari) Fordyce and Keshia Fordyce; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; special friends Karla Coffman, Pam Hopkins and Louise Holmes.

In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by husband Gerald Ward; her siblings Audrey Foster, Gerald Reeves and Landis Reeves; daughters Lynn Harris and Debbie Travis; granddaughter Lana Kay Binegar

Friends may call Friday, April 24th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
