Alney "Red" Easley Jr.

Alney “Red” Easley Jr., 85, of Wellington, died Sunday, September 8, 2019 at The Elms Retirement Village.

Red was born January 26, 1934 in Medina, Ohio to Alney Sr. and Lois {Krittenden} Easley.

He was a member of the US Army from 1958 to 1960.

Red married Martha Deiss on September 3, 1967.  She died January 1, 2018.

He worked for the Nabisco Company, the TJ Paisley Company and Gamauf Hardware. Red was a master fisherman, woodworker and wine maker.

Red will be deeply missed by brother Larry; sisters Ruth, Isabelle, Betty and Shirley; niece Mary and nephew Larry May.

Red was preceded in death by his wife, brother Ralph and sister JoAnn.

Friends may call Friday from 5 to 6 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, 9560 Acme Rd. Seville, Ohio 44273.  Funeral services will be Friday at 6 at the funeral home. A private burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, where military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
